TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Cheesecake Shop Pty Ltd is the Promoter.
2. This competition is open to Australian residents only.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen years or over only.
4. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition commences 27/11/2023 ends 17/12/2023 at 11.59PM AEDT (promotional period).
6. Promotional schedule follows:
a. Week 1: For online orders between 27/11/2023 and 3/12/2023 11.59PM AEDT, the prize draw will take place on 4/12/23.
b. Week 2: For online orders between 4/12/2023 and 10/12/2023 11.59PM AEDT, the prize draw will take place on 11/12/23.
c. Week 3: For online orders between 11/12/2023 and 17/12/2023 11.59PM AEDT, the prize draw will take place on 18/12/23.
7. The competition applies to online purchases only made via www.cheesecake.com.au.
8. All online orders over AUD$30 during the promotional period will automatically enter the draw according to the promotional schedule.
9. The 'free cake for a year' prize is comprised of 3 x AUD$600 in gift card/s (AUD$50 x 12 months) for eligible winners, reflecting an average monthly cake purchase for a year. There will be a total of three winners. Each winner to win 1 x AUD$600 digital gift card only. Total prize pool is AUD$1,800. The average cost of a full size torte, cheesecake, and everyday cake at The Cheesecake Shop is under AUD$50.
10. Gift cards exclusive to The Cheesecake Shop are, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, is not valid with any other offer. Gift cards must be used within the expiry date stipulated. Recipients are responsible for any additional expenses incurred beyond the gift card value.
11. One weekly winner will be randomly drawn and contacted via email only on dates stated per promotional schedule.
12. Promotion commences and closes on the dates stated per promotional schedule.
13. Only the winner(s) will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Re-allocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
14. Entrant’s correct email must be displayed on their online order to be eligible and contactable.
15. The Cheesecake Shop will never ask for banking or credit card details to be provided to claim a prize. Please be aware of scams.
