The Cheesecake Shop Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard orders (orders with no customization requested) can be cancelled and a full refund issued if cancellation is made with 48 hours of notice.

If an order is cancelled within a 48 hour period, no refund will be issued however the customer can re-schedule the pick-up date of the order.
The above policy does not relate to custom cake orders, please see below.
Custom Cake Cancellation Policy
1.0 Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order with the balance payable on, or prior to, pick-up.
2.0 Confirmation
You will be issued with a tax invoice after payment of your deposit. It will include relevant details of your custom order. If your order was placed via email, the details of your order will be contained within the email. Please check the details of your order as confirmed by the store carefully as your order will be prepared according to the details noted.
3.0 Changes
Changes can be made prior to 14 days of the pick-up date. Extra charges will be incurred if changes are made beyond the 14 day time period.
4.0 Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit paid is non-refundable.
5.0 Order Fulfilment
The custom cake will be shown to you in-store upon pick-up. Please make sure that you inspect the cake and are satisfied. Taking the cake from the store constitutes acceptance of the product.
6.0 Best Endeavour
The Cheesecake Shop bakes and decorates in-store and each product is individually hand-crafted. Custom cake offerings by individual bakeries may vary in availability, design, quality and price. Colour variations may occur from digital or printed photographs shown to the final physical product.
7.0 Cake Transportation and Storage
Once the cake is accepted by the customer in-store, any damages to the cake as a result of inappropriately transporting or storing the cake is not the responsibility of the store.
